It's Better in a Union

Today's diverse, inclusive labor movement advances the hopes and aspirations of all working people to build a stronger, more equitable America. When workers unite in a union we turn low-paying jobs into good jobs that pay family-supporting wages.

Workers from coast to coast are standing together for better wages, working conditions, benefits and more. The number of people involved in major work stoppages last year increased nearly 50%. This year, we’re on track to break that record.

President Biden has invested in infrastructure, strengthened workers’ rights, protected our retirements, boosted Buy American rules, helped families through a pandemic, lowered prescription costs and more.

Above all, he has championed unions.
